Volkswagen announced the commencement of bookings of the new Polo GTI hot hatch.
VW showcased the car at the 2016 Auto Expo and confirmed the launch this year itself. This Limited Edition 3 door Polo GTI will come equipped with a 1.8L 4-cylinder TSI engine matted with a 7-speed automatic DSG transmission producing 141 kW (192 PS) of raw power. The GTI comes well equipped with 6 airbags, ABS, Hill-hold and ESP.
In terms of styling to the exterior the Polo GTI gets unmistakable red GTI insignia, GTI badges on the front honeycomb mesh grille, LED headlights with day time running lights, new sportier front and rear bumpers with bigger air intake, red brake callipers, dark red tail light clusters, rear roof spoiler, sunroof, sporty side skirts, and twin exposed tailpipes.
