Tata Motors will soon launch the Vista TECH a new variant of the Vista which will replace the Vista D90 and the VX trim. Thanks to our friends at Motorbeam for sharing the Vista TECH brochure.

The Vista will now be offered in diesel engine options only, the TDI (Tata’s own motor) and the 1.3 Quadrajet (1.3 Fiat Multijet). The petrol engines have been discontinued on the Vista to make way for the new upcoming 1.2 Turbo petrol engine which has been developed in house.

The tag line Designed to Thrill has been carried over from the Vista D90.

 The LS entry variant will be available on both engine options while the VX TECH is offered on the 1.3 Quadrajet engine only. A new Blue Chill colour has been introduced on the VX TECH variant.

The TECH variant is equipped with all the features available on the Vista D90 such as Driver Aligned Dashboard, Fully Automatic Climate Control, Follow-Me-Home Headlamps, 2 DIN Music System with 6.7″ TFT Touch Screen & DVD/CD/SD/USB/Radio/AUX, Blue 5 Tech, 4 spoke steering wheel, Audio & Phone Controls on Steering Wheel, Driver Information System with Fuel Consumption & Distance to Empty, Ambient Temperature Indicator, Multi Tripmer & Digital Clock.

The LX variant will offer the following features: Centre Aligned Dashboard and instrument console, 2 DIN music system with CD/SD/USB/Radio/AUX/IR remote, Blue 5 Tech, Driver Information System with Fuel Consumption & Distance to Empty, 3 spoke steering wheel, Full wheel caps & central locking.

In terms of pricing the 2014 Vista may be priced slightly higher than the current Vista. The launch seems to be very close and all details will be officially announced shortly.
