Tata Nexon becomes second best selling product after Tiago hatchback.
Tata Nexon production crosses 25,000 mark at the Ranjangaon facility. The compact SUV is the second selling model from Tata Motors after Tiago hatchback. The Nexon is made at FCA’s Ranjangaon facility which is also shared with Jeep Compass.
The Tata NEXON Lifestyle Compact SUV with its revolutionarily design, targeted at the young at heart has won 17 prestigious awards, making it the most awarded Compact SUV of 2018.
Tata Motors showcased the Nexon Aero Concept and the Nexon AMT at the Auto Expo 2018.
The powertrain portfolio includes the new 1.2L Turbocharged Petrol from the Revotron series and the 1.5L Diesel engine from the Revotorq family. The new engines will be mated to a 6 speed manual gearbox and AMT will soon follow.
Available in four variants – XE, XM, XT, XZ+, the Tata NEXON will come in five exciting colour options – Vermont Red, Moroccan Blue, Seattle Silver, Glasgow Grey and Calgary White and will come with a standard warranty of 75000 kms or 2 years, whichever is earlier.
