Toyota Kirloskar Motor Fortuner SUV has received over 10,000 booking orders in a short span of less than two months of its launch in India.
Deliveries of the new Fortuner began right after the launch in November 2016 and ever since, the company has already delivered close to 5,000 units of the vehicle.
The company’s focus right now is to ensure timely delivery of the vehicle as the new Fortuner currently has a waiting period of 2-3 months.
Toyota Fortuner automatic transmission has received more enquiries which is according to the industry trend for a higher demand of automatic SUVS.
The preference towards the Super White colour is close to 60% of the total orders received which is a very common color for cars in the Indian market. The company is looking at ways to reduce the waiting period.

Toyota has sold over 1 lakh Fortuners in the Indian market and is a segment leader ever since its launch.
