Maruti Suzuki Celerio

Maruti Suzuki has announced the prices of the Celerio hatch, one of the most awaited cars at the 2014 Auto Expo. The Celerio is launced in 6 variants: LXi, LXi AMT, VXi, VXi AMT, ZXi & ZXi optional.

The Maruti Celerio is first car in its segment to offer Auto Gear Shift transmission, christened as EZ Drive. The most amazing feature of this transmission is the fuel efficiency of 23.1 kmpl which is same as that offered by the manual transmission. Maruti Suzuki has helped to break the myth of automatics being expensive and not fuel efficient. The company seems to be heading in the right direction as most developed nations drive automatic cars.

The Celerio is powered by the next generation K-Next K-Series engine which develops 68Ps of max power and 90Nm of Torque. The manual also comes with a new generation gear box which offers a smooth gear shifting experience, reduced shift shocks and improved fuel efficiency.
