Hyundai Motor India Ltd. (HMIL) will be organizing a Free Car Care Clinic through out India from 12th July to 21st July 2017. This unique customer contact program is aimed at increasing customer satisfaction and building brand loyalty. It will also focus on understanding customer needs and educating them on vehicle care and maintenance. Hyundai dealers will also organize some interesting customer engagement activities at workshop during the camp period.
Speaking on the commencement of camp, Mr. Rakesh Srivastava, Director, Sales and Marketing, Hyundai Motor India said, “Hyundai’s Free Car Care Clinic program has always received a tremendous response from customers. At the camp, the vehicles will get a comprehensive 50 point examination which includes engine, electricals, under-body, air-conditioning system, exterior body, etc. Customers will also be offered attractive discounts on spare parts, labour charges, selected accessories and other value added services. Customers can also expect a discount of up to 30% on extended warranty along with other offers.
